Here’s how PerksPlus works.
Getting started – To enroll in PerksPlus, simply fill out the registration form with your company’s information and a trained PerksPlus representative will contact you shortly regarding your application.
Booking travel – First, all travelers should be members of United Mileage Plus® or Miles & More®, the frequent flyer program of Lufthansa.
When using a travel professional, ask them to include your company’s unique PerksPlus ID Code when booking travel on United, Lufthansa* or United Express.
If employees book their own travel on united.com, they are required to enter the code into their Mileage Plus profile**. (Customers in Canada, please log on to www.united.ca.)
For employees who book their own travel on Lufthansa, simply call 1-800-645-3880 and mention your company’s PerksPlus ID Code.
PerksPlus customers also have access to a reservations team to make United bookings. Simply call 1-888-267-7758 and mention your company’s PerksPlus ID Code.***
Redeeming Points – Through your PerksPlus online account, you will have access to everything you need to manage your account at your fingertips. Once your company’s eligible revenue has totaled $5,000 USD for any three consecutive months during your program term, you can begin to redeem points for perks online. Your request will be processed within two business days**** of your submission.
Your membership automatically renews itself – PerksPlus is an annual program. Once your company’s eligible revenue totals $5,000 USD on United, Lufthansa or United Express during any three consecutive month period, we’ll automatically renew your membership. Upon renewal, points earned during the prior term will remain valid for an additional twelve months.
